fedora 4 on hp nx6120 keyboard problem


Hi All

I install fedora core 4 on my labtop ( HP nx6120 ). I have problem about keyboard. When I wan to use single or double quote I must double press on single quote button. I can solve by run command system-config-keyboard and select us keyboard then I can use single or double quote normally. But when I must to run this command every when I reboot . Please help me
