Bluetooth on Dell Inspirion E1505 with FC6 not working

Hi all,

I have recently installed FC6 on my Dell inspirion E1505. I am not able to get the Dell bluetooth working. The device is detected by default under FC6 and I see a Bluetooth icon in notification area. However, I can do nothing with the gnome-bluetooth manager. It just lets me change the time after which the bluetooth device should be switched off in no activity is detected. Thats it. When I tried

hcitool scan, it did not succeed either. It ends with:
scanning,....
Inquiry failed: Connection timed out

I am trying to connect it to my mobile phone which is running on Windows mobile. I am not able to detect my laptop with bluetooth enabled mobile phone either.

Any help on this will be appreciated.
