Best lightweight distro for old Mac laptop

Hey,

As the title states, I'm looking for the best lightweight distro for an old Mac. It's a G3, 400mhz processor, 128MB of RAM and a 5GB hard drive. I'm going to make some use of it and figured I could load Linux on it. However, I'm not too familiar with lightweight distros. I'm not looking for taste, just want to know what runs fast (relatively speaking) on old hardware. All input is appreciated.

Thanks,

Brandon

Slackware Linux

Use Fluxbox as your window manager ... it uses very little resources, and is highly configurable.

If your looking at Slackware for ppc, check out slackintosh

Debian works well and is highly customizable. I echo the sentiment of using fluxbox or something similar as a window manager.

Here is a good place to start investigating linux on a mac: http://penguinppc.org/mac/

My apologies as there is not an official Slackware port to the PPC.
