Have you tried enabling the "TearFree" option for the i915 (Intel) driver?
Code:
# /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf # or any other xorg configuration file
Section "Device"
	Identifier "Intel Graphics"
	Driver "intel"
	Option "TearFree" "True"
EndSection
Alternatively, try using compton with these options:
Code:
compton --backend glx --paint-on-overlay --vsync opengl-mswc

Might just use VESA on it.

Be sure to have xorg intel driver.

Might play with these. https://01.org/linuxgraphics/community/xf86-video-intel

I cant find the xorg.conf. :/

I tried compton once. I think on Xubuntu last year.. Remember it sort of working. But sort of sucking .. lol. I forget exactly.

Create the file yourself with the content listed.

Recent versions of compton are much improved in respect of vsync.
