ACPI and Inspiron 5150 (Suse 9.2) - power button not working?

Hi all,
I've installed Suse 9.2 on my laptop yesterday, and everything work rather fine except some problems with NVidia driver, which I solved. But now when I close lid or press the power button NOTHING happens! Although I've set up in Yast to turn screensaver on when I close the lid and to power off when power button is pressed.
What's wrong with my acpi? I use the standard suse 9.2 kernel.

SUPER ULTRA MEGA BUMP

It's because of broken DSDT on nearly all Dell laptops, and I can't find a fixed one. Anyone to help me?

it's broken what??

I have a Dell Inspiron 1150 and ACPI works. You need to have s ome acpi event scripts . Search the gentoo forums for these. i found there a page full of acpi scripts
