Graphics on Man. 9.2 and T23 1400*1050

Hi Megaboz

I am a newbie as you and I have gotten the same word ... try Mandrake if you are new to linux.

Now I am trying to get that ) &%#"%/(¤¤%#@ (sorry) Mandrake 9.2 working on my T23 1400*1050 but I can't get the graphics working (only in 1024*768) but everything else seems to be working fine.

Can't you give me a hint or maybe a copy of your XF86Config-4 file.

I am soooo loking forward to the next step. Then I can hava a look at the modem and maybe some of your other stuff.

Thanks (and thanks to google for finding a t23 mandrake 9.2 1400*1050)

Martin

OK I suggest you go to http://www.probo.com/timr/savage40.html , here u can download the driver, you just have to copy it to its location, overwrite the existing file, run drakconf from shell, pick you driver savage S4, choose the dysply 1400*1050, test the resolution, restart "X", there u go, If you want come read my post on the mandrake club forum, it mught come handy,
yours Megaboz
