HI Everyone,
I have been trying to install Red hat linux on my new Acer laptop.
I have treid all versions of Red hat till 10 ver.
Tried Fedora as well.

When i try to boot the laptop with the redhat Linux 10:
It Gives an error message "NO DEVICE DRIVES FOUND"
Asks me to install the drivers, gives a list of drivers relating to PCIMCA, ethernet, raid controllers... several. I have tried to select everything.. none of them suits and it says "cannot install them". I can skip and proceed further.
It them proceeds to installation and asks me if i want manual partition or automatic. No matter what is select it tells "NO HARD DRIVE FOUND"

RedHat 10 was never released. It almost sounds like you are trying to install old releases, bad idea on something so new, with most likely a SATA hard drive.
It really does not matter what application or services you need to run. Linux is Linux regardless what flavor you select. The only reason I suggest Ubuntu is because of its amazing hardware detection and laptop support. Once that is installed, you can install Oracle and whatever else you would as if you were running Redhat.
