I m referring the above document and succefully done till make install,but facing some error at /etc/rc.d/rc.zm start

The error is........
Starting ZoneMinder: Warning, overriding installed ./zm.conf file with local copy
[ OK ]
touch: cannot touch `/var/lock/subsys/zm': No such file or directory

Please can any one help me to debug this error,should i change anythng in /etc/zm.conf and i have 2 conf files under /etc/ and /usr/local/etc/zm.conf,what changes i should do? and which config will be referring by zoneminder...please help me...Thanks in advance...
