thread creating another thread on 2.4 kernel after long run


Hello All,

I've a thread ruuning (on PowerPc 2.4 kernel) for few days, and suddenly it creates a different thread with same name. And previous thread shows sleeping and newly created thread is not working properly.


why thread creating another thread?


Any help is appreciable

you should also have a look onto process VmRSS , resident set size.
