When you join Red Hat Developer Program, a Red Hat account will be created for you with a no-cost Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite subscription. You will have access to all of the currently supported releases of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, including 5 and 6.
I HAVE to ask, why do you want to find the image of a End of Life release of a distro that you can only install updates if you compile them yourself from source or have a subscription? And if you have a support subscription, wouldn't it be easier to ask RH for a download image?

If you're using a commercial, pay-for distro, why not?? Especially since...

...you're trying to get PAYING CUSTOMERS to use your environment. So you're asking them to use an OS that's unpatched, without bugfixes, and pay you for the privilege? Not really going to work out for you.
You will need to create an account on RH's site to download the ISO (no matter which version 6.x or 7.x or 8.x).
To add a repository (once OS is installed) for updates or even install a package that isn't part of standard OS install, is when you will need subscription.
Maybe guy needs that red hat icon on desktop. I once got Red Hat as gift - preinstalled on laptop - but why do I need RHEL? No fun at all - just follow recipes - if not you will loose something. Boredom. How many people die because of boredom?
