kernel oops message logging...

All,
I'm trying to capture Kernel oops messages on my Centos 5.2 Linux system.
All klogd is logging is oops messages that have minimal information for the segfaults.
Please see below a snapshot of my klogd log file...
It shows segfaults generated by one process "Myapp".

klogd 1.4.1, log source = /proc/kmsg started.
Inspecting /boot/System.map-2.6.18-92.1.22.el5
Loaded 29143 symbols from /boot/System.map-2.6.18-92.1.22.el5.
Symbols match kernel version 2.6.18.
No module symbols loaded - kernel modules not enabled.

<6>Myapp[14888]: segfault at 0000000000000000 rip 000000000042d924 rsp 00007fff91b78230 error 4

<6>Myapp[14961]: segfault at 0000000000000000 rip 000000000042d924 rsp 00007fff519f91a0 error 4

From what I see and have read oops messages are more detailed for se faults .of the form..
(Which shows more registers, call trace, stack trace etc..)
Could anyone please let me know what I need to do? Is this a klogd or a kernel config?..or
something else? Thanks!!
