How to install kdb & kgdb patch file ?

Hi All,
I am using Fedora Linux 5 ,Linux kernel 2.6.19.1 . I want to debug kernel code of my project. When I am typing " man kdb or man kdgb" on comnmand prompt , it is not showing man page.
So my queries are
1) In my system kdb/kgdb is installed or not ?
2) How I can install a patch file for both ?
3) Which patch file I shall use for the same?

Please help me in this so I can debug kernel code .

Best Regards,
TERMINATOR07
