hid-core.c Error- usb_submit_urb(ctrl) failed

Hi all
I have a problem related to my USB touch screen. I am using Fedora 2.6.22 kernel. If I connected the USB touch screen the booting time the message comes like "drivers/usb/input/hid-cor.c: usb_submit_urb(ctrl) failed". After that the Touch screen is working fine.

Now sometimes the touchscreen getting hang, when I checked the dmesg, the out put is continuously comes like
/usr/src/linux-2.6.22.i386/drivers/hid/usbhid/hid-core.c: input irq status -75 received
Sep 4 18:19:51 Test last message repeated 15382 times
Sep 4 18:20:35 Test last message repeated 22354 times

after this message if I rebooted the TS starts to work.

Any idea about why the TS getting hang, is there any kernel patch for avoiding the "drivers/usb/input/hid-cor.c: usb_submit_urb(ctrl) failed"

Regards

Saneesh
