Header files for the Linux Kernel

Hello,

I am installing VMWare on a Intel Xeon with Fedora Core 5 (x86_64) installed. The installation requires me to indicate the location of the C header files that match my running kernel. I believe that those header files are not in my computer nor in the installation cd. I have looked for the header files on the web but I haven't been able to find them, does anyone have an idea of where to find them?

Thank you,
Alfredo Fernández A.

Re: Header files

I believe that you need the kernel-devel rpm ... I would also suggest downloading the kernel sources.

Read the Fedora Release Notes.
