I've always had good luck with HP pc's but I never had any with Nvidia graphics cards. Another thing you could do is install VirtualBox on Windows 7 then boot the linux iso within VirtualBox.

Kali has a reputation for being difficult for a Linux beginner. I'd recommend starting with a beginner distro like Mint, Debian(this is what Kali is based on), Ubuntu, etc. Then once you're comfortable with Linux in general you'll have a much easier time with Kali.
i really don't like the VirtualBox because it's way to laggy somehow and it's not what i want.
So if i go to my friends pc and download it on a usb and make kali linux as Presistance and i come to my pc and just boot it , would that work or i need to install it again?
Technically it should work. But with UEFI stuff it's possible that it won't. What I'd do is get the kali iso onto your win7 computer and use either https://www.balena.io/etcher/, http://rufus.ie or win32 disk imager to write a live usb. Then boot to this usb and install it as persistent to another usb.
