YMF719-E (YAMAHA719)sound card config prob

hello

following are the details of my system

OS - slackware 9.1
kernel - 2.4.22
sound card - YMF719E-S (Yamaha719)
module - opl3sa2
alsa pkg - 1.0.3 (alsa-driver, alsa-lib, alsa-utils)

what i have done so far is

root@localhost:/opt/alsa-driver-1.0.3# ./configure --with-cards=opl3sa2 --with-sequencer=yes;make;make install
after that according to alsa docs for yamaha i done this

root@localhost:/#chmod a+rw /dev/dsp /dev/mixer /dev/sequencer /dev/midi

then

root@localhost:/opt/alsa-lib-1.0.3#./configure;make;make install
after this
root@localhost:/opt/alsa-utils-1.0.3# ./configure;make;make install

then i rebooted the machine and then as root i typed this command according to alsa docs

root@localhost:/#modprobe snd-opl3sa2;modprobe snd-pcm-oss;modprobe snd-mixer-oss;modprobe snd-seq-oss

Error i got after issueing the above command
