Me, I never install to the MBR - each to their own.

hi, dunno how many of you got this problem, i have xp / slack9.1 dual boot.

in slack, everything is looking good, but if i log onto kde and log off back to the shell, the shell start acting up.

you gonna see your display cursor are 1 line behind the writeline when press [Enter]

also the stupid kde is 640x480 (that can't be happen because in mdk, it was able to read my matrox card and i was able to set to 1024x786

dunno if anyone of you encounter any problem when setup, or maybe i'm the one had trouble with. i got a feeling that slack9.1 was unable to read my card well, but its matrox g400, its so common that any linux should be able to handle it.
