what is raw1394

does anyone know what raw1394 does? what is the difference between it and ohci1394. Or what is the dependency among it, ohci1394 and ieee1394?

I am a newbie, but now I am developing 1394 on PC/104, running 2.4.23.

Thx in advance!!!!
