What does "ht" from Cpuinfo mean?

Hi,

I posted a similar thread but i did'nt really get a good response (no offence).

Cpuinfo reported "ht" in it's flags list for my 1.6G P4 processor.

here's a site with Cpuinfo for the same processor but it dose'nt report "ht"
http://dux.boule.cz/cpuinfo/i_P4_(1600)

i'm not sure of what's going on, some say it might be a bug in Cpuinfo...

but if it does have "ht" then why did'nt Intel mark it with the "HT" logo as it does with the newer models...

Or does the "ht" stand for something totally different...

Or am i getting screwed with some Beta release...

Help!

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
