Unhappy uvcvideo trouble

OK.

soo i've been at it for about 2 days straight now, with alittle sleep inbetween :P
and i cant figure it out ]:

and with no where to really goto im running in circles trying to find an answer
from old posts to ways that are just incorrect >.<

kk.. soo i have a Logitech Quickcam Orbit MP (http://linux-uvc.berlios.de/)
running Fedora 7 (x86_64)
the cam DOES work on windows xp prof.

quickly.. and im still new at Linux, so forgive me >.< BUT i think its just file problems..uvcvideo~.. un-updated files or somthing of the sort.

make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/kernels/2.6.22.1-41.fc7-x86_64'
scripts/Makefile.build:207: target `/home/tommy/Desktop/Webcam/uvcvideo.h' doesn't match the target pattern
Building modules, stage 2.

make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/kernels/2.6.22.1-41.fc7-x86_64'

and i know its supposed to be /trunk yadda... i DL'd several copy's of these files with no prevail ]:

The Folder:
http://i19.tinypic.com/62xwa4k (pic)
http://www.sendspace.com/file/t9y377 (actual folder)
http://i17.tinypic.com/4y6abv9 (Makefile)

It seems to me that you don't have gcc installed or the version is different to that expected by the make file.

You should be able to find out through your package manager.

Gcc is sometimes under the dev (developement) banner/section of most popular distros.

You might find other packages need to be installed also, to compile sources. (kernel-source)

See how you go, Regards, Glenn
