Using an iPod Shuffle with Fedora Core 5?

How do you use an iPod with Fedora Core 5? When I plug it in, it just wants to use it as a flash drive. Preferably, nothing nerdier than editing configuration files. I'm one of those guys that uses Linux for the security and functionality, not the pleasure of recompiling code.

Install gtkpod and have a play with it. It's a nice little app that lets you drag files to and from your ipod in a graphical interface. I don't know whether it works with the shuffle or not, but it works very nicely with my nano.

To install it in FC5:

Code:
sudo yum install gtkpod
