unable to properly set up all monitors on ubuntu 9.04

I currently have a dell dimention 2400 that's dual booted(WinXP/ubuntu). I have 3 monitors(two plugged in to a Nvidia 5200 Geforce GPX card & one is plugged into the standard GPX card that came with the Dell) that work perfect on Windows, but I have more of an issue when I switch to ubuntu. The issues are that:

1.)When i set my comp on "Twinview" I can't get it to stay like that when I restart.
2.)It doesn't let me change the setting to "Seperate screens" on Nvidia. It's either just 1 monitor or Twinview
3.)I can't do anything to the monitor that's connected to the GPX card from Dell. The monitor just stays black.

Does anyone know where I can find more information on this issue or has anyone had to deal with this before??
