two VGA adapters in my laptop ?

hi,
while i was trying to identify my new lenovo g570 laptop VGA adapter using command lspci |grep -i vga
i got this result :
Code:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 2nd Generation Core Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Robson CE [AMD Radeon HD 6300 Series]
so i'd like to know what does it mean , and how to configure those two adapter to work with them

Thanks in advance

That is 'switchable graphics'.

There is some work onoging with switchable graphics and linux, see here-

AFAIK you will need to use acpi_call or byo-switcheroo, ironhide/bumblebee is for nVidia 'optimus' setups.

I may just be ignorant but I always thought one was for the flat panel and the other for the vga connector on the side of the thing.

I could be wrong.
