try to configure laptop


hallo, every body!!!
have buy a hp dv 2104 eu
have sucessfull install SUSE 10.0

I've search the web but have found that there is no related stuff
I've sucessfull install the nvidia driver for the X system
I want to configure the rest of the of the hardware
can some body help or bring me to realeted stuff

what hardware in your laptop don't work?

Anyway I would suggest you to install latest distro like ubuntu or suse 10.1/2 because inside content newer driver.

What's not working? The only thing I can tell is your kernel is too old to get k8temp and ALSA working. You'll need a 2.6.19 series kernel for k8temp and a 2.6.20 kernel for ALSA support of the MCP51 chips.

I`m on downloading the SUSE 10.2 from our iso download

the next setion explaint what do not work:

audio
wifi
expresscard
cardreader

hope that it work when install the new SUSE
