touch pad drag while pressing

I have this annoying problem with the touch pad on CentOS 6.4.

To move a window, I need to click and continuing to press on
the title bar and `drag' while I am still depressing the
touch pad. Is it supposed to behave like this ?

How can solve this problem ? How to customize the touch pad ?

On Linux Mint 14, I just need to press the left key, and
use another finger to swipe.

$ dmesg | grep Syn

On CentOS, it is

Quote:
$ dmesg | grep Syn
pnp 00:09: Plug and Play ACPI device, IDs SYN073e SYN0700 SYN0002 PNP0f13 (active)
Synaptics Touchpad, model: 1, fw: 8.1, id: 0x1e2b1, caps: 0xd00123/0x840300/0x123c00
input: SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad as /devices/platform/i8042/serio1/input/input8
but on Linux Mint, it is :

Quote:
$ dmesg | grep -Ei "point|mouse|touch"
