This motherboard is working oftb

Hi,

First, thanks for your help.

I am writing on my new computer, on Ubuntu 6.10 Edgy Eft :

Asus P5LD2-VM DH
P4 531 3ghz
Corsair DDR2 5300 1024
DD Seagate 160G0 Sata2
Graveur dvd Lg

I am in dual boot Ubuntu / Xp-sp1. I will try later Boss and, may be, Fedora and Debian.

For Xp I had to do some installation from the Asus's cd.

For Ubuntu, nothing special. I reduced ntfs partition from 160 g to 18g and create three partitions, two ext3 of 6 go and a swap of 2 go (hope it is enough), and update in less than 30 minutes. I will probably create a small Fat32 partition because I will need some talks between Ubuntu and Xp

Regards

raakhbaba
