thinkpad t430 alsa configuration

I have this sound chip Realtek ALC3202 with HDA Intel PCH drivers.
there is 3 mic inputs but the all have the same signal as the internal mic. there should only be 2 possible inputs. One jack is BOTH headphones and mic input(how this work in linux I don't know). I have slackware and build from source. can I fix this myself?

I can only offer general diagnostic advice here, but I would start by a detailed examination of the hardware using the also-info.sh diagnostic script (part of alsa-utils). This utility can upload the output to an online server, and you can share the link here so that others can review it if necessary. Regarding your 'combo-jack', you might find that 'hdajeckretask' is your friend here. No promises though.

Just in case the advice here is helpful in some way...

Thank You ferrari
Here is the information
also there is bit distortion from all audio out when I select alsa and mic input in Renoise(DAW) with pulseaudio running.
Still have no ide how to fix this, its not a big problem alla other applications works. but jack only detect one mic and there is no bit distortion problem when using it. Maybe it have something to do with buffers or shared cache memory. Also its strange that the internal mic works even when alla mix input levels are down in alsamixer, maybe pulseaudio is doing this..
