The wierdset problem

Hi all

I have mandrake 10 installed on an asus a7n8x-e with an athlon 2800 all workd great even got my radeon 9800 to work properly. Sound, internet, running windows apps like skype all works, BUT my tv card, btw that works to, BUT there is noise at first I thought it was due to fine tuning that didn't work so then I thought it might be bus noise, but wether i'm wrong or not I don't know, but when I use the composite in the audio is crystal clear. When I am watching tv with the tuner the noise is there, sometimes not as bad as other times, NOW here is the thing if I cover the tv window with another window say konqueror or any app as long as it covers the tv completley the noise is gone and the sound is crystal clear, has anyone hear anything so crazy, I don't where to even start with this one. I hope I have explained it properly.

Regards
Zub
