swannsmart usb modem


hello
i have a swann usb dialup modem
can some 1 help me install it

below is the driver and the instrustion
-w-ww.smlink.com/main/down/slmodem-2.9.9.tar.gz|- -- the driver file

-w-ww.smlink.com/main/down/linux_instructions.txt|- ----the instruction

not very good with linux . so many help would be great or step by step guide would be even better
im using winxp dont have a linux box

im trying to install this modem onto my ipcop box
