svgalib helper and agpgart modules

Hi all
I am using svgalib1.9.25 with RHEL5.0 on intel i815 board.when i vgatest it without helper module, it was ok for 640X480X256 mode. but when used helper module, display was very messy and repeated patterns appear on screen.
Helper module was trying to take control of i810's graphical translation table right from mapping. But agpgart module of kernel has already done the same.

I suspect this may be the reason why svgalib helper module is not working fine.

Any useful information on this issue is welcome.

yours
