i just installed suse 9.2. very pleased. i started YOU (yast online update) to download the nvidia drivers for my card. i forgot to uncheck everything else above. i reboot after the updates, to find that mp3s don't play at all, they just hang. and that there is no audio whatsoever. i opened some mp3's in kaffeine and xmms and they just hang. you click the stop button and it freezes. nothings muted, nothing has the volume down. speakers are connected and powered on. i know this isnt a speaker problem because before i rebooted i was listening to my music.
