Sound

I recently have set up a new Mandrake Linux 9.2 system. Everything is working properly for the most part except for my sound. I have found that my sound is disabled and I'm not sure how to enable it. Could someone help me out with that? My sound card is recognized and installed by the system but it tells me that it is disabled.

Thanks.

RE: Sound

I have tried using KMix and XMMS and have turned the volume up on both and still nothing.

Yeah, it's getting frustrating!!

Thumbs up RE: Sound

I got my sound working. I didn't understand what they were talking about when someone said about checking in KMix. I checked in there and turned the volumes up and it is working now. Thanks!
