I am guessing that it is a dual boot?

hi,
you will have to load the ntfs and vfat modules for your ntfs and fat partitions resp. using modprobe.

Thumbs up

the easiest way would be to create a folder in /mnt such as /mnt/winxp.
you would then want to mount the hdd by typing in as root

mount /dev/hdb2 /mnt/winxp

if you want to have it mount when red hat starts, you need to add this line to /etc/fstab

/dev/hdb1 /mnt/winxp auto defaults,user 0 0

more problems??

If you have problems doing it that way, try replacing the 'auto' with the type of filesystem.

ex.

/dev/hdb2 /mnt/winxp vfat defaults,user 0 0
