Setting up Canon ImageRunner Advanced C2225

I am trying to install two printers to a cups server on Debian 11 Bullseye.
When i add it using the driver supplied by debian, i get a PDF image data error on the printer itself. The printers are Canon IR-ADV C2225 and IR1730. Debian doesnt even have a driver for the 1730. When I tried to use the BrightQ drivers, it did the same on the ir-adv c2225 and failed to talk to the ir1730.
The server said it printed successfully. Any Help would be appreciated. The printers are connected to same network over ethernet.

This might be of help. I went to the cannon website and they state that the provide drivers for these printers from brightQ CODE host website. Maybe the Debian drivers are outdated.

Some of the Cannon printers use a printer language that is not normally supported by CUPS. You need to install the driver from Cannon which is hosted at the codehost link that dave67 posted.
It would be nice if CUPS would tell people that an additional driver is needed for printers like this.
