Question SD-Card is not listed in /dev/ any more

Hi,
I have a new 64GB micro-sd falsh card which seems not beeing detected by the system (Slackware 14.1 and Arch) correctly any more.

When I plug it into a cardreader, dmesg shows:
Code:
[1151020.462052] usb 2-6: new high-speed USB device number 28 using ehci-pci
[1151020.678107] usb 2-6: New USB device found, idVendor=05ca, idProduct=1880

[1151025.682822] sd 27:0:0:0: [sdb] Attached SCSI removable disk
but it isn't present under /dev/.
I tested it with 4 different card readers, two computers and two microsd-to-sd adapters and the results were the same with all tests.

Does anybody know how to fix that?

You may try to discover the drive and partition with the following command, as root.

fdisk -l

If there is a partition you may be able to mount it using:

mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/sdcard

You may need to create the directory first.

mkdir /mnt/sdcard
