resizing dualboot partitions?

howdy,

i am running a win2k(fat32) and slackware 9.1 dualbooted box and would like to try and resize my hd without any data loss, i'd like to shrink down the windows partition, and increase my / and /home directories.


now i'm open to any ideas to try and make this process simple and painless, if possible.
