qtrim and DRAT

Hello.
1. Prompt how to check whether the device supports qtrim? Or is it self-evident if NCQ is available?

2. I understand correctly that when discard, OS sends trim every time a file is deleted?

3. I runed fstrim a couple of times in a row. He showed such figures: 127, 70.4, 70.3, 70.4 GB. I suppose this is related to DRAT, but how exactly is it handled and why does it show such numbers instead of 0 after circumcision?
