Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

QLA2342 7.00.03 qlogic driver

Does anyone know how to force the 7.00.03 qlogic driver to non-failover mode at boot? I have tried adding the following to /etc/modules.conf.

alias scsi_hostadapter0 qla2300_conf ql2xfailover=0
alias scsi_hostadapter1 qla2300 ql2xfailover=0

upon reboot I see the 6 FO LUNS instead of 12 LUNS.

Qlogic's needs to do a better job of documenting implememtation.

Thanks,
Nate
