Processor problems
I have an athalon xp 1700+ system that seems to be underperforming. At startup it tells me that it's an Athalon 1.1 ghz with a bus of 100mhz, and when I increase the bus to 133 mhz, it tells me it's an athalon xp 1700+. But it crashes when I start to run processor-intensive applications such as compiling my kernel, etc after just a few seconds, but not on 100mhz. Why?
