problem with ATI radeon X600SE PCI-E

Hi.
Having a problem with drivers for this card. glxgears runs at about 350fps after installing ati-drivers on gentoo. tuxracer and ut are hopeless. i ran fglrxconfig and did that with no luck. how can this be fixed? tuxracer does not print any errors by the way. thanks in advance for any help offered.

i had problem that fgl_glxgrears couldn't run. and the problem was that posix memory wasn't enabled. see if your fstab contains this line:

tmpfs /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0

if not add it. and than type mount /dev/shm.
