Problem installing debian 4.0 on hp dl380 G5

Hello all..

I really have a big problem installing debian 4.0 on HP dl380 G5 ,2 74 sScsi in raid 1 (mirror), after all selected options, it's freezes on getting files 125 of 125 and stops on 5% of the installation. I've try with different cd's and cd-roms so that's not the problem! Can someone please help me???

Has the HP ROM Been flashed for Debian Etch ?

First of all,thanx for replying, I've downloaded the file and now I have a problem executing the file , I have several live cd-'s ,but they also cannot boot,any suggestions?

What live CD's have you tried ? Ubuntu ? Knoppix ? the Ubuntu Live CD worked just fine on my HP server.

I've tried with some older vsrions,I've just downloaded latest ubuntu 7.04 and I'm going to try and let yout know !

I've used expertgui installation mode and everything is ok now! Thanx to all of u!
