Pinnacle PCTV Stereo sound problems FC3

Hi!

- I am using Feora Core 3.
- I have recently installed PCTV Stereo from Pinnacle.
- best picture, strange noise on TV Time
- when I use "dmesg" comand I get:
saa7134[0]/audio: audio carrier scan failed, using 5.500 MHz [default]

So... could you tell me what can I do concerning the strange noise (something like a desert wind) I hear? ( do not recommend me a doctor!, I think just my tv tuner has something wrong)...

Thanks,
Tiberiu

Solved!!!

Hi folks!

I found the solution: I had to add "options tda9887 qss=0" to /etc/modprobe.conf.
restart the computer and rescan channels.

Thanks!
Tiberiu
