I think any of the Geforce 4 MX's have TV out. I use a Geforce 4 MX420 which works fine, although it's AGP not PCI, but I can't see why the PCI version wouldn't work.
Thing to make sure of is that you buy a proper svideo - scart lead/adaptor because there seems to be a bug with the driver for composite out.

Look at that on e-bay,
Do you think that this would be compatible with linux?
That card is beyond my knowledge, but I would say it all depends on if you can get either a linux driver for it, or if it could be supported natively by x for xinerama support.
Checkout the makers website maybe for a linux driver. I got to say I would go for something more mainstream like an nvidia though, where you know there are drivers and support for linux.
If you can get your hands on a older pre rage pro theatre 200 ATI card, then this project maybe of interest to you. Rage theatre 200 support is coming. Actually I'm fairly interested in testing this. I have one of those Rage Theatre 200 cards.
Oh btw, tv video out works on some ATI cards even *before* the operating system is even loaded. I can see the bios screen with mine.
