Do you mean PCI Extended (PCI-E or PCI-X) or PCI Express (PCIe). There are no ways to guage the speed for any expansion slot. You have to use a hard drive hardware RAID controller and setup in RAID 0 with several hard drives. Then use a huge file such as a 4 GB in size and copy it to /dev/null.

PCI-X or PCI-E:
32-bit @ 66 MHz = 266 MB/sec
32-bit @ 100 MHz = 399 MB/sec
32-bit @ 133 MHz = 532 MB/sec
64-bit @ 33 MHz = 266 MB/sec
64-bit @ 66 MHz = 399 MB/sec
64-bit @ 100 MHz = 532 MB/sec
64-bit @ 133 MHz = 665 MB/sec
