PCI 64bit 33 or 66 megahertz

"Speed 133 MB/s (32-bit at 33 MHz – the standard configuration)
266 MB/s (32-bit at 66 MHz or 64-bit at 33 MHz)
533 MB/s (64-bit at 66 MHz)" From wikipedia on PCI slots.

I have an old HP desktop running Mint 19. I want for sure it is 64 bit and the speed of my PCI slot, is it 66 or 33 MHz from which I can tell?

I have two empty PCI slots. And one PCI e 16 slot empty. I plan to install a USB 3.0 PCI card.

I still think the speed depends both on the card and slot too, so without that there is no speed.

The card has standard USB 3.0 speed.
I got the picture in above.

In my OP I quoted a wikipedia fact about PCI speeds.

At the end of the day, it determines what kind of removable memory I buy, and it's read and write speed.
