Question Partitioning error

Hi there, I'm trying to partion this RAID array but nomatter what I do it wont show up.

Raid card: Promise Fasttrack TX2000
HDs: 4x WD 80GB, 8MB, 7200rpm
Array: 4+0, i.e. Striping

If I enter fdisk this is what it shows:
Quote:
Kommando (m för hjälp): p

Disk /dev/ide/host2/bus1/target0/lun0/part1: 320,1 GB, 320103189504 byte
255 huvuden, 63 sektorer/spår, 38916 cylindrar
Enheter = cylindrar av 16065 × 512 = 8225280 byte

Enhet Start Början Slut Block Id System
/dev/ide/host2/bus1/target0/lun0/part1p1 * 1 38916 312592738+ 83 Linux
This far so good.

But when I try to mkfs on the drive:
Quote:
mkfs.ext3 /dev/ide/host2/bus1/target0/lun0/part1p1
mke2fs 1.32 (09-Nov-2002)
Could not stat /dev/ide/host2/bus1/target0/lun0/part1p1 --- No such file or directory
Any idieas?

-Fred
