Post No wifi after updating slackware 14.2 (modprobe wl)

modprobe wl gives the output:
Code:
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'wl': Exec format error
I updated slackware using the wireless connection, but after rebooting no wireless connection.

OK, downloaded broadcom-sta from www.slackbuilds.org again.
created slackbuild.
finally, broadcom*.tgz for new kernel is available.
Reinstalled it, as:
Code:
upgradepkg broadcom*.tgz --reinstall
