No sound is produced although the sound card and audio driver are detected.

On a Chinese forum, a member has UnionTech OS installed. No sound is produced although the sound card and audio driver are detected. He ran "aplay -l|grep card" and got the following:
Code:
card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 0: ALC662 rev1 Analog [ALC662 rev1 Analog]
card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 3: HDMI 0 [HDMI 0]
He ran "lspci -v | grep "Audio" -A7 -i" and got the following:
Code:
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family High Definition Audio Controller (rev 05)
Subsystem: Acer Incorporated [ALI] 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family High Definition Audio Controller
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 31
        Memory at fe400000 (64-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=16K]
        Capabilities: <access denied>
        Kernel driver in use: snd_hda_intel
        Kernel modules: snd_hda_intel

00:1c.0 PCI bridge: Intel Corporation 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family PCI Express Root Port 1 (rev b5) (prog-if 00 [Normal decode])
AlsaMixer shows this: https://storage-bbs.chinauos.com/thr...37311043_2.png
In Control Center, in the sound settings, no output device is found.
The CPU is Pentium G645. The Linux kernel is 5.10.0.
I am unable to help him. Can anyone here help?

I am afraid he cannot deal with the sound problem at the moment.

The problem has been solved.
The problem was that he had never inserted an audio output device until I told him to do so.
