Exclamation Need some help badly Part2

Ok, I basically have 2 problems here, this thread is for the second problem: because of the first problem, I am forced to use Knoppix 3.2, however I can't get the audiocard and videocard to work properly.
I got a Sound Blaster Audigy LS, and an Asus Radeon 9800XT.

My kernel version is 2.4.21-xfs (don't hate me if it's antique)
And /sbin/lspci/ prints out (as requested):
00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 2570 (rev 02)
00:01.0 PCI bridge: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 2571 (rev 02)
00:1d.0 USB Controller: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 24d2 (rev 02)
00:1d.1 USB Controller: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 24d4 (rev 02)
00:1d.2 USB Controller: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 24d7 (rev 02)
00:1d.3 USB Controller: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 24de (rev 02)
00:1d.7 USB Controller: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 24dd (rev 02)
00:1e.0 PCI bridge: Intel Corp. 82801BA/CA/DB PCI Bridge (rev c2)
00:1f.0 ISA bridge: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 24d0 (rev 02)
00:1f.1 IDE interface: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 24db (rev 02)
00:1f.3 SMBus: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 24d3 (rev 02)
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc: Unknown device 4e4a
01:00.1 Display controller: ATI Technologies Inc: Unknown device 4e6a
02:03.0 FireWire (IEEE 1394): VIA Technologies, Inc. IEEE 1394 Host Controller (rev 46)
02:0b.0 Multimedia audio controller: Creative Labs: Unknown device 0007
02:0b.1 Input device controller: Creative Labs: Unknown device 7005
02:0c.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+ (rev 10)

I hope this makes more sense to you guys than it does to me. (in case you haven't noticed, I'm pretty much a newbie) and that someone can help me.

TIA,
Rolby

You need to have the emu10k1 driver in your kernel to get it to work.

02:0b.0 Multimedia audio controller: Creative Labs: Unknown device 0007

Shows that the kernel sees the device knows what type it is but hasn't got a driver for it. As Knoppix is based on Debian try su to get to root, and modconf to get to the drivers. Look in the sound part for the emu10k1.

Well, I checked the /vers/sound/emu10k1 and it's not installed. And when I try to install it, I get this message:
"Note: /etc/modules.conf is more recent than /lib/modules/2.4.21-xfs/modules.dep
/lib/modules/2.4.21-xfs/kernel/drivers/sound/emu10k1/emu10k1.o: init_module: No such device
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters.
You may find more information in syslog or the output from dmesg
/lib/modules/2.4.21-xfs/kernel/drivers/sound/emu10k1/emu10k1.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.21-xfs/kernel/drivers/sound/emu10k1/emu10k1.o failed
Installation failed.
depmod: Can't open /lib/modules/2.4.21-xfs/modules.dep for writing"

And I don't really know how to get and/or install the right drivers (kinda confusing with all the versions and distros), with Fedora Core 1 it was pretty easy (didn't have this machine back then), they were already there .
So maybe you can help me get and install the drivers? (don't think video is displaying right)

TIA.
Rolby
