Need help mapping thumb buttons on Logitech MX Revolution mouse

Has anyone gotton the thumb buttons working with imwheel on a Logitech MX Revolution mouse? I'm running Mandriva 2006 and trying to use this mouse with imwheel. I've tried to map the thumb buttons to forward and back commands in firefox in my .imwheelrc file, but when I start imwheel, I get "unrecognized wheel action in config Thumb1."

I've pretty much given up on getting the thumb wheel to work and finding a way to map a button to the linux paste command, but obviously, if anyone has any insight on those issues, that would be much appreciated too.

Thanks.
